The Arbor Parent Portal and App
Kingsmead Primary School use a Management Information System called Arbor to hold important information about our pupils, such as allergies or medical information, contact details of parents at home and contact details for carers picking up the children at the end of the day. We also use it to take the register, monitor attendance and parents and carers can use Arbor to do the following:
Book parents evening appointments
Book and pay for wraparound care (Early Birds and Night Owls)
Pay for school trips
Book and pay for school lunches
Purchase school shop items
Book some of our school-run clubs
View school reports
View attendance

How do I register for the Parent Portal and App?
Once you register on the Parent Portal via the link in your welcome email you will be able to download the Arbor app for free from either the Play Store for Android phones or the App Store for IOS. You can also use the Parent Portal via the web link on a PC.
Updating my child’s details on the Parent Portal
You can add information such as contact details, medical notes and immunisations within your child’s profile. For information on how to update your child’s details please follow the instructions in the link to the Arbor help centre.

Please note: in order to book a wraparound care place, you will need to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Arbor account for payments by card or childcare voucher.
Dates for the next half term of wraparound care bookings will go live on Wednesday 13th August at 7pm .
If paying by childcare voucher for the first time, please send your child’s unique reference number to admin@kingsmead.cheshire.sch.uk to enable Cheshire West and Chester Council to allocate the funds to the correct child.
