A very warm welcome to Kingsmead Primary School. A place where we have been 'caring for ourselves, other people and the environment' since 2004.
I am proud to be the Head Teacher of Kingsmead Primary and feel very privileged to be part of such a wonderful school. As a school we aim to work together in partnership with parents, carers and the local community, to provide our children with the best possible life chances, and to be rightly proud of themselves and their efforts as special, unique individuals.
We believe that children should be encouraged to develop positive values towards themselves, other people and the wider world of which they are part of. We work together to create a school where positive behaviour is the norm, and all are treated with respect, understanding and sensitivity.
Our website offers an introduction to the educational experiences on offer at kingsmead, however, if you have any general questions which are not answered on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us; we will happily answer any queries you may have and would be delighted to offer you a tour of our school.

Daily reflections are an important part of our curriculum for spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
