For Children
There's loads of cool stuff on our portal - have you checked it out yet? This page tells you how to log in. Have a go at editing your homepage, or try sending a message to one of your friends. There are some fun games in the curriculum section - check out the maths, english and science sections!
For Parents
Most of the information relevant to parents is now on our Learning Platform.
Half termly newsletters are posted to the Learning Platform and can also be viewed from a link on the left hand side of the homepage. In between our half-termly newsletters, news updates are posted to the News section of the Learning Platform. Diary Dates are now being posted in the Calendar on the Learning Platform.
Your child will have access to their year group area and might also enjoy playing the games in our curriculum areas (at the moment, Maths, English and Science have the most resources but more will be added over the coming months.)
Each child in school has their own homepage which they are allowed to edit as they wish. They may only view the home pages of other children in their year, and noone from outside school will be able to see their homepage. Pupils can also message other children within their year group. Please help reinforce what they will be learning in school - that they should not post personal information on their homepage, nor should they say anything on a forum or private message which would be considered inappropriate within school.
Some of this information is only available to you when you have logged in to the Learning Platform. Every child in school has a login and password - instructions on how to work out your child's details are on the Learning Platform (click on 'Portal Information' along the top menu, then select 'help'). Please ensure you help your child change their password to avoid misuse - again, instructions are on the portal.
